This profile is the user publishing job opportunities for the users on the platform. The job applications and the feedback tied to the candidates can be directly managed on the platform.
How to create a job?
- Under the projects area, click on the link “Create Job”.
- Each posted job includes the following information:
- The job title
- The minimum salary of the job, the maximum salary of the job and the currency of the job
- A job location
- A job description
How to manage the existing jobs?
The existing jobs can be managed from your employer panel under the tab “company” by selecting the tab ‘manage job information’.
How to manage job applications?
The job applications of the candidates can be managed from your employer panel under the tab “Job applications”
For each posted job, a table with the information of the applications received from the candidates is displayed as shown in the above image.
You can perform the following actions:
- Edit the job title
- Open and close the job position
- View the number of candidates
- Provide feedback to the candidates
- Update the job application status
- Rank the candidates
- Provide the decision deadline of the job position
What is a rank?
A rank is the feedback given to a candidate to indicate how well his/her profile performed compared to the other candidates for that job position.
The options provided for the rank are:
- Employer First Choice: The candidate is your first choice
- Employer Second Choice: The candidate is your second choice
- Employer Third Choice: The candidate is your third choice
The rank must be provided along with the rank decision deadline which is the date when the candidate should expect to know the final decision regarding its job application. In fact, a rank does not guarantee that the candidate has been accepted for that job application but is a preliminary assessment regarding how well the candidate is performing.
Past the application deadline, the candidate can move on to another opportunity if the application status is still marked as ‘Declined’ after the specified application deadline. Note that we are not preventing the candidates from applying for the other job positions on the platform while they are waiting for your final decision.
How to provide feedback to the candidates?
The feedback can be provided to the candidates by clicking on the action button and then clicking on the button ‘send feedback’ as shown below:
The following modal will be displayed and you can enter your feedback in the text area.
If the checkbox “Delete feedback” is checked, the existing feedback will be deleted.
Note that the candidates can request feedback for the job applications from their dashboard. You will be notified each time the feedback is requested by the candidate.
If you want to prevent the candidates from requesting feedback for the job application, click on the button “Prevent feedback request”, the request feedback button of the candidate will be disabled.
How can I apply for a job?
- Under the projects area, click on the tab “Browse Jobs”.
- From that view, the jobs can be browsed based on the following criteria:
- Job title
- Company name
- Minimum salary
- Maximum salary
- Salary currency
- City
- Country code
- Click on one of the retrieved jobs and click on the button ‘apply as a business’ to apply for the job position.
How can I manage my job applications?
- Your job applications can be managed from your buyer panel under the tab “Your Job Applications”.
- For each job application, a table with the information of your job application is displayed as shown in the above image.
- You can perform the following actions
- View the feedback received from the employer
- Request feedback from the employer
- Withdraw your job application if the job application is open. For record purposes, your application cannot be withdrawn if the job position is closed.
- A rank and the rank decision deadline is the information provided by the employer regarding your job application. Read more.
How can I order a training?

The Employer Panel
The following tabs are available in your employer panel:
- Jobs: where the jobs posted by your profile can be viewed.
- Job Applications: where you can view the applications submitted by the users of the platform.
- Company: where you can edit the information tied to your company. This tab includes the following tabs:
- Company information: The company name, the company description, the profile picture of the company and the company banner image can be deleted from this tab.
- Members: where you can view any user that has indicated that he/she is currently employed by your business.
- Jobs: where you can update the information of the jobs posted by your profile.
- Saved Jobs: where you can view the jobs that you have saved.
- Saved Projects: where you can view the projects that you have saved.
- Your Job Applications: where you can view the status of the B2B (business to business) job application submitted by your profile.
