How to create an account?

In the following sections, a user account is an account created through the register page and a vos-projets account is an account created from the vos-projets setup page.

The following steps can be followed to create a vos-projets account:

• Go to the vos-projets subdomain and you will be redirected to the login page.

• If you do not already have an account with us, you can click on the register button to create a user account.

• Once logged in, you will be redirected to the forum page of the web application. From there, click on the tab “Projects” and you will land on the vos-projets setup page.

• Click on the button “Get started” to proceed with the creation of your vos-projets account.

• You will have access to the vos-projets area after creating your account.

How do I verify my account?

• Your account is set to be marked as verified by an administrator.
• Send us email at tech@stuntbusiness.ca with the email you used for registering to the platform. In that email, you can mention that you would like your account to be marked as verified.

How to delete the vos-projets account?

• Access your dashboard
• Click on the tab "My Profile"
• Click on the tab "Vos-Projets Profile" and then click on the button "Delete the Vos-Projets Profile"

What happens when your vos-projets profile is deleted?

Regular user

When the regular user deletes its (instance) vos-projets profile:

• The projects tied to the user are marked as archived
• The projects tied to the user and acquired by a buyer are marked as archived
• The projects tied to the user and sponsored by an investor are marked as archived
• The user is removed from the list of partners of the other projects
• The conversations with the other users are not deleted. The other users keep a copy of the messages in their inboxes.
• The user is removed from the invites.

Student

When the student deletes its (instance) vos-projets profile:

• The projects tied to the user are marked as archived
• The user is removed from the list of partners of the other projects
• The conversations with the other users are not deleted. The other users keep a copy of the messages in their inboxes.
• The user is removed from the invites.

Employer

When an employer deletes its (instance) vos-projets profile:

• The job positions are deleted.
• The job applications of the candidates are deleted since the job position no longer exists.
• The conversations with the other users are not deleted. The other users keep a copy of the messages in their inboxes.
• The user is removed from the invites.

Buyer

When a buyer deletes its (instance) vos-projets profile:

• The merchant products are deleted
• The merchant profile is deleted
• The project acquisitions are removed
• The conversations with the other users are not deleted. The other users keep a copy of the messages in their inboxes.
• The user is removed from the invites.

Investor

When an investor deletes its (instance) vos-projets profile:

• The funds tied to the investment firm are deleted
• The investment firm information is deleted
• The user is removed from the list of projects sponsored by its profile.
• The conversations with the other users are not deleted. The other users keep a copy of the messages in their inboxes.
• The user is removed from the invites.
