During the development of your mobile application, we follow the Software Development Lifecyle (SDLC) in which we Plan, we Design, we Implement, we Test and we Deploy your mobile application.

We Plan. ​

  • After receiving your order, a meeting is scheduled between you and the company. During this meeting, you will be questioned regarding the features that you would like to include in your mobile application.

  • You are expected to allocate at most 2 hours of your daytime for this meeting.

  • A requirement document will be established based on the information you provide.

  • Allow one business day for us to get back to you with the finalized document for your approval (at this point, the team has not confirmed the project feasibility).

  • After approving your requirement, allow at least two business days for us to get back to you regarding the project feasibility. We will let you know at this point if we are not able to proceed with the development of your project.

  • If the project is feasible, we will also provide you with a contract and a bill.

We Design, We Implement and We Test ​

  • After the company has received the required minimum payment , a user story document is established for your project. We start the project countdown at this point.

  • You are expected to describe how your users should use your product.

  • The development and testing of your mobile application is based on the information you provide in that document.

Development of the user interface of the mobile application

Three steps are established for designing your UI:

  • User Interface Draft 1 + Customer Feedback: The team comes back to you with an initial draft of the User Interface established based on the requirements. You are expected to provide feedback during the meeting.

  • User Interface Draft 2 + Customer Feedback: The team comes back to you with the changes you requested during the meeting of the Draft 1. You are expected to provide feedback during the meeting.

  • User Interface Final Draft + Customer Approval: The team comes back to you with the finalized user interface for your approval. Once the UI is validated, fees apply if you decide to return this step later.

At this point, the milestone “Finalized User Interface (UI) Design” is reached.

Implementation of your mobile application

  • Following the validation of your UI, our development team proceeds with the completion of the server side logic, the client side logic and the tests of your mobile application for the milestone “Minimum Viable Product (MVP)“. This is what we consider as the mid-project deadline.

  • You are expected to provide feedback when we get back to you with your MVP.

  • After your feedback has been collected along with the MVP payment, our team proceeds with the completion of your project.

We test and We deploy ​

  • After your MVP, the mobile application is finalized and tested by our developers according to the established requirements.

  • The final product is tested by you before you proceed with the payment related to the product delivery.

  • The project is delivered to you through .git or .zip (you choose).

  • If you agreed to pay the deployment fee, we can handle the deployment of your mobile application in your desired platform.

  • We can also take care of your mobile application for one year (renewable) if you agreed to pay the maintenance fee.
